Welcome to the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office (SEO) e-Permit system. The purpose of e-Permit is to facilitate the general supervision and protection of both inter and intra-state waters for the purpose of appropriation, distribution, and application to beneficial use of water in Wyoming.
With the e-Permit system, you can:
Submit instruments (applications, requests, affidavits, consents, petitions, and subdivision requests) online.
Search SEO’s database of water rights using tabular and spatial queries.
Track and research the workflow as instruments are processed.
Retrieve documents related to water right requests.
Retrieve stream and diversion flows and reservoir levels maintained by the SEO.
