NOTES:
It is usually measured in feet but if the well was plugged back, the plugged back depth should be provided in inches.
The largest depth should not exceed the total depth of drill previously entered.
Enter Diameter of well.
Enter Depth to first water bearing formation.
NOTES:
It is the depth at which water was first encountered during drilling.
The largest depth should not exceed the total depth of drill previously entered.
Enter Depth to principal water bearing formation Top and Bottom.
NOTES:
It is the interval (top and bottom) from which the well produces water.
The largest depth should not exceed the total depth of drill previously entered.
The starting point of the water bearing formation must be less than the ending point of the same.
Enter Land surface elevation above datum.
Select Datum.
Select the method of determination.
To enter the drill cutting description in the grid, click on the fields and activate them.
Enter depth From the Surface at which the drilling starts.
Enter To.
NOTE: Depth at which the drilling ends.
Enter Rock Type or Description.
Enter Formation.
Select Water Bearing.
Click on the first column of a row to select that row and click Delete to delete the entire row.
Click Add to add another row to the Drill Cutting Description grid.
Check the right option to the question, "Does a geophysical log accompany this report?", if you have the document.
NOTE: On checking the any/both of the above two options, the system will display the upload document grid.
Select the water quality from the drop-down list.
Enter Description of Water Quality Issues, if any.
Click Save.
NOTE: Click Cancel exit without saving Well Log/Water Quality details.
