SC allows the users to submit the Statement of Completion for an approved Surface Water Right. Statement of Completion form allows the user to change data originally submitted in the forms SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4 and CBNG. It also allows the users to add additional data about the actual well installation.
The external user who has already submitted a Surface Water application form (SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4 and CBNG) and the clerical personnel at the SEO will have an access to the SC notice.
The Statement of Completion should be filed before the permit expires. If the SC notice is received after the date of expiration but the well is completed on or prior to the expiration date, a notarized Statement of Completion can be submitted. But, if the well was completed after the expiration date, the permit should be canceled and re-filed on.
e-Permit allows only a few fields to be edited in the SC Notice. However, these changes have to be validated with an appropriate reason. Statement of Completion has the following tabs:
