Water Agreement for Temporary Use of Water

e-Permit allows the user to file a request for water agreement on temporary use of water Temporary Use of Water is the Permission granted for temporary use of water for purposes such as road construction, well drilling, and others. The right to divert or store water for highway or railroad roadbed construction or repair, drilling and producing operations, or other temporary purposes can be issued only for a limited time. Permit is generally valid till the completion of the temporary use or a maximum of two years from the time of approval, whichever comes first..  The user has to first Select Request.

To Select Request:

• Go to SUBMITTALS tab.

• Check Requests.

• Click Search.

• e-Permit displays the list of requests available.

• Click Submit Online adjacent the request to be filed.

NOTE: Click Download Form to submit a physical copy of request through mail.

The user has to fill the following tabs:

• General Info

• Applicant

• Agent

• Documents

• Check Request Summary
