A Clerk will find all the instruments assigned to him in his Inbox.
Staff at the BOC can attach a document to the instrument if necessary.
IMPORTANT: The Primary and Secondary status of the instrument should be BOC Recording and Certificate Creation respectively.
This action is applicable only for Petitions.

Click Summary icon of the instrument to which Petition matrix has to be selected.
Transaction Summary page of the respective instrument opens.
Select Petition Action Matrix from the action drop-down list.
Click Go.
Petition Action Matrixpage opens and an option to enter comments.
Select any of the check boxes
(i) Withdrawn or Denied
(ii) Edit
(iii) Amended CR Required
(iv) New CR Required
NOTE: If Board Decision is Grant, Withdrawn or Denied is not applicable.
NOTE: For Permits only Withdrawn or Denied and Edit check boxes are applicable.
Enter Comments.
Click Save.
NOTE: Click Cancel to exit without creating the Order Draft.
The primary and secondary statuses remains same.
Clerical Staff at the BOC are authorized to complete order.
IMPORTANT: The Primary and Secondary status of the instrument should be BOC Recording and Certificate Creation respectively.
Click Summary icon of the instrument to which the CR has to be certified.
Summary page of the respective instrument is displayed.
Select CertifyCRCompletion from the action drop-down list.
Certify Completion screen is displayed with an option to enter comments.
Check Certification Statement.
Enter Comments.
Click Save.
NOTE: Click Cancel to exit without certifying.
The Primary and Secondary status of the instrument are changed to Final Notification and Final Notification respectively and instrument is removed from all Inboxes.
