Actions

All the internal users of the State Engineer's Office will have access to this page.

From this page, the user can:

1. View Action History

   NOTE: External Users will not have access to this page.

    

   The users can check the details of all the actions performed so far on a particular instrument.

    

   Details like Action Name, Action taken by, Date the action was performed, Comments for the action will be displayed in this page in a grid.

    

2. Process the Instrument

   If the instrument has to be processed by the same user, he/she can do it from this page.

   NOTE: The same action can be performed from the Transaction Summary Page also.

   To Perform an Action:

   • Select an Action from the drop-down list.

   • Click Go.

   • Enter Comments.

   • Click Save.

   NOTE: Click Cancel to exit without performing an action.

    

3. Add Comments

   To Add comments:

   • Click Add Comments located to the top right corner.

   • System is re-directed to the Comments tab.
