Historic CR General Info

IMPORTANT: Fields marked with asterisk are mandatory.

The General Information tab of a BOC - Historic CR allows the user to select the water right(s) for which the CR is being filed.

e-Permit allows the users to file a BOC - Historic CR for one water right. From the General Info page the user can select a single water right for which the BOC - Historic CR is being filed.

System will require the following fields for BOC - Historic CR:

• Enter Proof Number

• Enter Order Record Number

• Enter Certificate Record Number / Dummy Certificate Record Number

Note : The new ‘Dummy Certificate Record Number’ textbox is used to create ‘dummy’ CR’s

Note : If the “Certificate Record Number” option is selected, then the “Dummy Certificate Record Number” option will be disabled and vice versa

• Select  Approved Date  

• Enter Docket Number

To Select the Water Right(s), the user can:  

• 1. Search for Water Rights
      

     The user can search for the water right(s) for which the petition is being filed.

     • Search Water Right

      

• Click Save.
  NOTE: Click Cancel to clear all previous entries.
  NOTE: Division number of the selected Water right will be displayed in Division field.
