SW4 is filed to get a permit for Original or Enlargement of Stock Reservoir

• Enter Facility Name.

• Check any/all of the options that hold good for this application.

1. • Enlargement
     NOTES:
     User has to enter the respective Water Right Number
     Water Rights with the suffix 'S' are only accepted.

   • The reservoir will have multiple sources

NOTES:
User has to enter the Water Right Numbers of the original facilities being used.
Water Rights with the suffix 'S' are only accepted.

1. • Off Channel                                                                                                                    NOTE: User has to select  Alluvial Flow or In the drainage of when Off Channel is selected.   

        Check any one of the following options for Facility Type.

•   Dam with Low Level Outlet

•   Dam with No Low Level Outlet

•   Pit

• Click Save.

NOTE: Click Cancel to exit without saving General Info.

          NOTE: Priority Date The priority date is the date the application was received in good order, in this office/online with the proper filing fee/details of the filing fee. and Time can be modified after Acceptance in General Info screen.
