Measuring stations are setup on Reservoirs, streams and diversions. e-Permit allows the hydrographers, SEO Superintendents and headquarters personnel who create Annual Hydrographer's Report to store and search selected stream flow and diversions.
Other internal SEO users interested in historic flow for the site measured by SEO will be able to search and view the details.
