Involuntary (Declaration) of Abandonment

e-Permit allows the user to file a petition for involuntary (declaration) of abandonment.  The user has to first select the petition.

To Select Petition:

• Go to SUBMITTALS tab.

• Check Petition.

• Click Search.

• e-Permit displays the list of requests available.

• Click Submit Online adjacent the request to be filed.

NOTE: Click Download Form to submit a physical copy of request through mail.

The user has to fill the following tabs:

• General Info

• Applicant

• Agent

• Documents

• Fees

• Check Petition Summary
